Hi, I’m Marika, a dedicated Fitness Educator and Aqua Fitness Specialist, certified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and REPs Tutor. Since 2015, I have been working full-time in the UK fitness industry, focusing on Aqua Fitness classes, Group Exercise, Pilates, and Reformer. Over the years, I have delivered hundreds of engaging Aqua Fitness classes, benefiting thousands of participants and gaining extensive real-world experience. In addition to my teaching role, I am committed to fitness education by mentoring Certified Instructors. I help them develop their skills, build confidence, and grow professionally through various Instructor Training Courses. Your success as an instructor is my mission.

I created SplashFit💦 to share the knowledge and practical experience I've gained throughout my career, aiming to help other fitness professionals become confident, skilled, and successful Aqua Fitness Specialists. My goal goes beyond just theory; I want to provide you with practical skills, proven teaching methods, and inspiration that you can immediately apply to your Aqua Fitness classes. I will show you how to design safe, effective, energetic, and enjoyable Aqua Fitness classes that keep your participants motivated, engaged, and excited to come back for more. Most importantly, I want to support you in your growth as a Certified Instructor, helping you believe in your skills and build classes that your clients truly love.
